1) Make sure the Pedaltrain is on level surface, like a table.
2) Make sure the rubber feet are not damaged.
3) If the pedal board is on a level surface and the feet do not appear to be damaged, it is possible that your Pedaltrain needs an adjustment. This happens very rarely, but it is possible - as every Pedaltrain is hand-cut, hand-welded and hand-finished.
No worries, Pedaltrain pedal boards carry a lifetime warranty. Let us know about it and we would be happy to repair or replace your pedal board free of charge. Even if it is 20 years old!
