My tour case latches are stuck. They don’t turn all the way around anymore and I cannot close the case. What do I do?

This happens from time to time as dirt and grime build up in the latches. We recommend spraying WD-40 in the latches and twisting them back and forth until they loosen up. If that doesn't work, then just let us know and we'll be happy to help you out!
